Cancellation and Refund Policies

High Season (June 19th - September 7th) Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. Fees apply when cancelling inside 30-day window.

First night’s stay charged as deposit 30 days prior to arrival. Final payment charged at check-in. Valid credit card required at booking. First night's stay deposit charged 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment taken at check in. Deposit is not refunded for bookings cancelled within 30-day cancellation window. 


Standard Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellation fees apply within 48-hour window.

First night's stay deposit charged 48 hours prior to arrival. Full payment taken at check in. Deposit is not refunded for bookings cancelled within 48-hour window.

Snowbird Rentals (October to April) Cancellation Policy: Monthly reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival. Fees apply when cancelling inside the 7-day window. 

Snowbird Rentals (October to April) Deposit/Refund Policy: Valid credit card required at booking. 20% of monthly rate charged 7 days prior to arrival. Full payment taken at check in. Deposit is not refunded for bookings cancelled within 7-day window.


Standard Motel Policies and Fees

Motel Policies:

  • Check-in for all three properties is located at Beachside Motel

  • Check-out time is 11:00 am

  • Quiet hours are from 10:30 pm to 8:30 am

  • Pool/Spa Hours: 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm (no pool or spa at Sunny Beach)

  • Your children’s safety is important to us, please ensure they are supervised at all times.

  • Gas barbecues are for everyone to use on a first come, first served basis. Please be courteous to your fellow guests and leave the BBQ facilities in the same state you found them.

  • Please ensure windows and doors are closed when the air conditioner is running.

  • Pets under 30 lbs are welcome with an additional nightly fee.

Fees:

  • Lost keys: $50

  • Undone dishes: $25

  • Smoking in rooms: $250

  • Late check-out: $100 (guests checking-out after 2:00pm will be charged for an additional night’s stay).
